A newer hotel with strong recent ratings, a well-served neighborhood and practical access to food and taxis when the central festival zone is too congested for a comfortable all-day base.
Know before booking: IT Park is not near the Basilica or the customary civic center. It works only with an early departure and a driver who understands the final 2027 closure perimeter and agreed return point.

The fixed third-Sunday recurrence places the core day on January 17, 2027. The full religious and civic programs remain to be published.
Is Sinulog mainly a street parade?
No. Devotion to the Santo Niño, Masses, prayer-walks and the fluvial procession are fundamental. The civic grand parade is a related but distinct layer.
Can I use the 2026 route to choose a hotel?
No. Routes, venues, traffic plans and ticket zones can change. Choose a broadly useful base now and wait for the 2027 map before planning a viewing block.
